This is where we are going to be telling you about our solution for exercising in space. The way we are going to do this is by making an exercising room for the spaceship. we are gonna use a exersise bicycle but also have it for your arms too. Also we are going to have a sit-up and push-up station. For that though we will be have a strap that's screwed to the spaceship with bolts so it doesn't float or brake off. We also will be trying to solve the loss of bone mass in space. We will be trying to also do this by astronauts taking a dose of daily vitamins. The vitamins will have calcium and vitamin D because vitamin D is good for helping your bone mass increase and sometimes even steady out your bone mass.
